***Please note that all appointments scheduled will be contact-free. Please be prepared to vacate the home while the work is being completed (you're welcome to hang out around/near the house or in the backyard). Please arrange entry and payment beforehand. For services that can be done externally (dryer vent cleanings, chimney caps, chimney repairs) all work will from completed outside of the home.***
We're hoping our friends, families, and neighbors are doing okay during these confusing times. As a cleaning company, we're still open for business. We're doing our best to acclimate to the recent changes and we want to continue to support our community with beneficial services, as well as support our technicians and their families.
With that being said, we are taking extra precautions for performing our work with as much safety and sanitary practice as possible. We're currently offering contact-free appointments (payment will be arranged beforehand and our technicians will sanitize any surfaces they touch on their way out).
Please note that just as we expect to our technicians to be responsible in the properties we send them to, we ask the same of our customers. Our technicians put their own safety on the line as they continue working, so we ask that you consider their well-being before scheduling. We do not wish to send our healthy technicians into unsafe areas, so please refrain from scheduling with us if you have recently traveled outside of the state or country, or if you're experiencing any sickness in your home. Thank you for your understanding in that regard and thank you for doing your part to help continue to keep others safe.
To schedule a service, please read the following information (including our exclusions and limitations) and then click the "book now" link. The online scheduling discount is available to put in your "cart" on our booking page (as well as our multiple services discount). Visit our servicespage for regular pricing.
Please add the desired service(s) to your cart along with any applicable discounts.
Please be sure the desired service is selected and all information is correct. If information is missing, we will not be able to process your appointment. Please note that any discounts added that are not applicable will be automatically removed during processing.
For homes larger than 2500sf (in regard to air duct cleaning only) please add the additional square footage charge to your basket. If you do not add this, our system will generate charges from your online square footage via google.com or Zillow.com. If your home has a special circumstance, please reach out to us directly.
After booking, our system will generate an automated text message and email to confirm.
The first confirmation will not reflect your discounts or county tax rates.
A second appointment confirmation will follow that will reflect the discounts and sales tax rate.
Onlinebookings are usually processed within an hour of when the appointment is scheduled.
If an appointment is scheduled after business hours, please allow approximately 8-12 hours for the second confirmation to process.
On the appointment date you will receive an alert via text and email from our booking system when the technician is on his way.
The day before your appointment you will receive an email reminder.
Some dates or times may not be available due to the limitations of online booking (additional later arrival time windows and Saturday appointments may be available). Give us a call or send a message and we'll see what we can do for you. We'll still honor the $10 off any qualifying services if your address is within our service area.
Please note that full payment is due upon completion of the work. Please plan to remit payment to technician via credit card, cash, or check. If you are not going to be present during the appointment, please make payment arrangements beforehand.
Exclusions & Limitations
Online scheduling is only available for addresses within our service area. Appointments scheduled for addresses outside of the service area will not be accepted. Please contact us directly if you're unsure whether your address is within our service area.
Online scheduling is not available for vouchers purchased through separate vendors. Please call, text, or email to schedule.
If you do not see the service you're looking for on our booking page then please note that it is not available to book online. Please contact us directly via phone, email, or text to schedule these mentioned services.
